My embracing mindfulness diary has been a fixture on my home desk since I got it, helping to keep my mind focused and my thoughts in order through the chaos that is the start of a new year. I love that I can spill my own creativity into the journal through colour, drawing pages, jotting down thoughts or even scrapbook style - the sky is the limit!

Embracing Mindfulness Journals were created when I realised I needed to consolidate all of the books I had into one. I had colouring books, sketch books, a journal, a diary, and a book that I reflected and showed gratitude in and it was hard to carry everything I needed around all the time, so I made the plan to make something that worked for me.

I started with the day to a page journal and I thought it would be perfect ... but after a couple of weeks, I decided I needed a new plan because it wasn’t working as I had hoped and that’s where the week to an opening journal emerged. Both these journals are A4 in size and are perfect for the busy lifestyle.

A couple of months in, I started playing with ideas on a new journal which is where the 6 month mini journal joined the collection. It is small enough to fit in your bag at its A5 size and has 4 days to an opening.

12 months after opening Embracing Mindfulness, I had 4 teenagers at home who all needed students diaries. The student diaries are broken down into terms with 12 weeks undated for each one. This allows for longer or shorter. Each term starts with a planner and has a points to reflect each week, take notes from class, brain dump and colour and they have proven to be a popular line.

Recently, I have added to the collection again by creating Unloading the Mind. Unloading the Mind is an A4 space to draw, colour, scrapbook and drop your thoughts when the mind is to busy and there is a new journal in the works as I speak.
